  • Hello @kenshim,

Thank you for reaching out to us!
Before creating a view you also need to have testimonials.
To add some go to your dashboard > Testimonials > add new > enter the info > save.
After that it will display them on the page you have entered the View’s shortcode.

Please give this a shot and let me know how it goes.

    All the best,
    Mihaela

    Hello,

    Thank you

Think about it, I had thought about it. So I already have 3 validated testimonials (and not in waiting). But, they are displayed correctly in slider view, but not in simple view.

You can check the configuration here (images): https://unsee.cc/d59088c2/

    Best regards,
    Kenshim

    Hello @kenshim,

Thank you for the screenshot – it helped!
Could you please turn off all of your plugins for a couple of minutes except Strong Testimonials and see if they display afterwards?
If they do, then turn the plugins on one by one until you find the culprit.
Let me know how it goes.

    All the best,
    Mihaela

    Hello @mplusb,

Thank you for your help. I have disabled everything except the jetpack plugin and it still doesn’t work. I can’t disable jetpack, it is automatically installed with wordpress.com hosting.

Could you turn change the theme as well for a couple of minutes while you check?
We need to exclude the theme as well.

    All the best,
    Mihaela
