Email confirmation not being delivered

    My email confirmations are not being delivered. User registrations are being done fine with no issues. When I go to Users -> All Users -> Users with Unconfirmed Email Address, the user accounts are there. Even I try to re-send email, it doesn not send.

    Is the only setting I need to enable is : “Email Confirmation” Activated: Yes as I have that already

    Is your website sending any other email, such as the ones for password recovery?

    Hi Gabriel,

    That does not work either. It does send the mails for the contact form, but nothing associate with the client profile, such as registration, password, etc.

    Hi there,

    Please use a tool such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ to see if the messages are sending or not.

    In any case, a point to note is that our plugins uses the same emailing system that all WordPress uses, so if some of the emails get sent and others do not, then it’s most likely the fault of your host email server. Some misconfigured firewall / filter / etc.

    In this case, either contact your host about this or bypass the host mail function altogether with a plugin such as this one:
