Admin Activity Monitor

Hi, I am working on a website with a few peoples who all have admin rights and all of them are involved in the overall development of the website.

But the problem is, i want to monitor their activity to judge their performances and based on their performance i will be making payment to them.

Is there any plugin to monitor such things? and to assign tasks to users through that plugin will be added advantage.
