Issue with file upload

    Hello,

    I installed pro version of the formidable form and renew the key but still not working file upload. After image upload submits button not clickable and not getting any response in admin-ajax. I deactivated all plugins and also change the theme but still not working.

    I tested on another project it is working fine.
