UPDATE: not all of the attributes are being displayed twice, just the attributes that are connected to some other attributes like product url or product price are being displayed twice and the name is being changed.. for example:
I created an attribute that is called “PRODUCT_URL” that suppose to bring up the url of the product and it was duplicated with a different name: “PRODUCT_URL_”.
I don’t know why it is happening please help me on the matter,

In order to understand how you have configured your feed I need your help.Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true
Your URL should look something like this now ….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true
On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me at support@adtribes.io ?

Thanks for sending over the debug.log. I had a quick look and noticed you created custom feeds without a product ID in it. A lot of functions of the plugin actually depend on the product ID being present.
May I ask for what marketing channel you are creating the product feeds and if you have their official product feed manual? We might be able to create plugin templates for it so you don’t have to create custom feeds for it.

In every product feed I had one custom attribute for Product ID..
I am using your plugin for an Israeli comparison site for stores and products which is named Zap.
I don’t know if you can create template for me because I created it specifically with my products in mind … Can’t you just fix this issue? Because it’s not suppose to happen.. it’s some kind of bug..

For clarification,
<PRODUCTCODE> attribute in every Product feed, is the Product ID you were talking about so what you are saying is not the issue… I really need to solve this issue.. Please help me.
Another thing, I tried to add these attributes to a new Product Feed and if I added it one by one this duplication didn’t happen until I just put all the rest of the attributes at onces and this duplication happened.. So I really don’t know why it is happening to me..

It is not a bug, it is caused by multiple configuration issues you created for the custom feed. That is why we believe it would be a better solution if we could just build the ZAP template for you but we would need to have the official ZAP product feed requirements for that. Could you provide those to us?

I would need their official document with requirements for product feeds. We tried finding it on their website but as of yet are not succesful (should be somewhere here: https://www.zap.co.il/joinzap.aspx).
Do you have contact with an account manager of Zap.co.il? If so, could you ask them for the official product feed requirements?

Thanks for sending over the Zap.co.il requirements.
We have just pushed out a new release of the plugin (version 4.0.9) in which you will find the Zap.co.il template when you select “Israel” as a country upon configuration of a product feed.
When updating the plugin make sure you also de-activate and re-activate the plugin and clear the cache of your browser. Do NOT delete the plugin as that will remove all previously created product feeds (if any).

You didn’t add all of the attributes mentioned in the PDF I sent you (MODEL, CATALOG_NUMBER, MANUFACTURER, WARRANTY, TAX) so I had to add them on my own and the issue is still happening when it is duplicated.. (I don’t know if it’s because of the additional attributes I added or from other problem but the issue is still happening)
