can you be more specific about the problem? The plugin is tested on WordPress 5, I have not found any issue, currently.

wordpress 5:
in the backend, no pictures are loaded. menu works, galleries show up on the page, but if you want to add or delete pictures in the backend, they do not show up. its like an empty gallery.

I can’t replicate the issue. I’m using FTG 3.3.52 and WP 5.0.1 and it’s all working as expected.
Do you have anything that can help me finding the cause of this issue? Screenshots, messages, error logs, browser console? Thanks.

can you check the console? You can view it by pressing F12.
Also, what browser and operating system are you using?

At this point there’s only the annoying debug routine to try:
1) disable other plugins one by one and check if the final tiles gallery works
2) if after completing point 1) the issue is still there, try to switch to the default theme (Twentyeighteen)

maybe interesting: when selecting another size to show the content of a galery, it takes some seconds and a “o” appears
