Jetpack locked my site and IP address it gives isn’t even mine!!!!!!!

The special link does NOT work and furthermore the IP address that is given on my website with this error message doesn’t even match mine. It begins with 68. and my IP address begins with 74. I know how to get this unblocked, I just wanted to post this because clearly the plugin needs some work. I used to like this plugin but now I absolutely hate it. This is the second time it has locked me out of my own website.

Thanks anyway, I just unblocked myself from here via a wordpress.com a/c as described in an earlier post.
