    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us!

We visited your site and found out that you are using Contact Form 7 plugin.
The compatibility with CF7 is available only in Pro plugin version.
Also, we recommend you to try our Contact Form plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-plugin/ which is compatible with our reCAPTCHA and CAPTCHA plugin.

    Hi,

Could you please specify how have you added the reCAPTCHA field? Using the shortcode?

reCAPTCHA’s block must be in Contact Form’s <form> tag to protect it. Try to enable Contact Form checkbox on Google Captcha settings page.

    Hi @theborga,

    Thank you for your reply!

You don’t need to add the reCAPTCHA shortcode, only Contact Form one.
Please go to the Google Captcha settings page, find “Enable reCAPTCHA for” option => External Plugins => check “Contact Form” option (http://prntscr.com/lwlrqd).
Save changes, refresh the page and check the result. Also, remove [bws_google_captcha] shortcode from that page.
