Several questions

Hello,

Firstly great thanks for your work, this is really a great plugin.

And I have a several questions, and I think most of user will care about these questions:

1# where is the directory of Fonts stored?
2# does it support multisite? what is the font stored directory if network activate Self-Hosted Google Fonts?
3# will it work if fonts uploaded to the directory by FTP?
4# we can not access to google resource, both google cdn Jquery and fonts. please check the screenshot:

is it possible to replace that resource by a copy on local server too? I mean load it from local server.

5.there is a plugin which is out of update, there is a small debug error, but it works well by replacing google fonts and jquery to a china local mirror, would you like fix it or integrate these function into your plugin?
