When using Multiple Instances Image Size Varies

I have two before and after images side by side on my site. Both sets of images are the same resolution and the same height of 11. When I put them both on the site, so I have two different examples as before and after the images are not the same size.

Has anyone had this issue? Is there a known workaround? I’ve tried changing the image size of the image that appears smaller to 13″ inches and it still is the exact same height as when it was 11″ height.
