Hi,
To clearify, the feeds I setup are only genereated partly. Maybe it is because of the fault specified above..
Hi Stylingagenten,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with it. Those errors look nasty and most-likely indeed are the reason for the feed not being generated completely.
In order to understand how you have configured your feed I need your help.
Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true
Your URL should look something like this now
….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true
On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me at support@adtribes.io and refer to this topic?
Thanks,
Eva

Hi,
Im still waiting for help on my last email I sent friday, there are now 2 issues:
1. The error is still displayed. There are also no icons where the managed feeds are (icons for setting, download feed etc..). Maybe that is the effect of the error message?
2. When I manually refresh the feed, it does generate the whole file. I have it in daily refresh. When I look at it the day after it has only generated the first feed ok, but the second and third file only partly. If I refresh it manually again it generate the whole file again. Please help me in this urgent issue.

Hi Andreas,
We are running this plugin and it’s support in our spare-time, next to our full-time jobs. That is why during the weekend our replies are not as fast as during the week.
With regards to your issues at hand:
1. The reasons the icons are not showing is most likely causes by your theme (see the email I send you);
2. The second and third feed you created have a refresh interval of “no refresh” which obviously results in them not being refreshed. You can change this in the general settings of the feed (you do need the icons to work for this though).
All the best,
Eva

Hi,
I changed it to “no refresh” since it did not work. I have test it now with refresh also and it seems to work now. Thanks.

Great to hear you got it up-and-running!
All the best,
