My events from WordPress appear on my Google calendar, I’ve set it to two way sync but if I add an event on Google calendar it doesn’t pull through to appointments. What am I doing wrong?

    Hello @mrmckee,

I’m sorry to hear that this is not working correctly on your site.

I tested just now gCal integration and appointment from Gcal were imported successfully into Appointments.
Have you tried importing them manually using Import button:

    Does it show anything?

    kind regards,
    Kasia

I did and it did work manually…

    Hello @mrmckee

    Hope all is well!

Would you please make sure that Appointments version 2.4.0 is installed on your site? I’ve tested Google Synchronization and it works both ways. It needs more time to sync appointments from Google Calendar to Appointments plugin.

Also, please note, appointments reserver on Gcal will be showing under Reserved by GCal status.

    Please advise,

    Cheers,
    Nastia

    Hello @mrmckee,

it’s been a while since we’ve heard back from you so I’m marking this topic as resolved. Feel free to post back here any update and we can re-open it and carry on troubleshooting. 🙂

    Hi.
The appointments reserved on Gcal can’t become active automatically?
It’s important. If yes, what can I change?
    Thanks

    Hello there @kpk1l,

I’m afraid that there’s no workaround for this, unless we edit the plugin itself.
Keep in mind that Reserved by GCal appointments are still showing the according time as Busy in the booking form, so it shouldn’t mess with the appointments made.
If you’re still looking to change this by hard-coding the plugin (you’ll need to re-do the changes after every plugin update), let me know so I can ping our developers. 🙂

    Thank you,
    Dimitris
