Featured image button does not work

    Hi,
    I’m unable to set featured image on Event Organizer.
    When I click on featured image button it pens a blank popup.
    Is this a common problem and do you have a solution for this?

    Dear @jontymorton,

    The reason for this problem can be a JS error in your admin panel.
    Please check your console log, if you have a js error please deactivate the GrandWP plugins and check again.
    After this actions, if js errors disappear please activate back the plugin and copy paste the error code here.
    If the js error still exists it means the error comes from other plugins or your active theme.
    Change the theme to standard WordPress theme and deactivate plugins one by one and every time check the logs. This way you can find the harmful plugin.
