Well that didn’t help as you only support people who has paid subscription.
I have pro version installed by a old developer from his account and now the plugin as started responding slowly taking ages to load things – /admin-ajax.php?action=frmpro_css&ver=9132125 after updates
And i don’t get any support from that unless i don’t pay.
that developer is dead and how do i get his account???????frustrating
We can’t give you access to someone else’s account, so you would need your own in order to get support from our team.
But I can tell you that the /admin-ajax.php?action=frmpro_css page is only used when the static css file cannot be created. There must be issues with file permissions on your site. You could try reinstalling as a first step. You could also check your file permissions of the formidable/css folder via ftp.
I don’t need access i need some fix for this issue as it has happened after the update. you also know i am using a pro version so why can’t I get help for what i am using?
