For some reason, wheneverthe default stylesheet is enabled, the entire page that uses the Awesome Support shortcodes uses breaks whether being it a submitting ticket or viewing ticket pages. However, when I turned the stylesheet option off, the page came back to normal but the there was no styling whatsoever. I uploaded these two images below to make it easier to understand. I have no idea why it does that as it used to be working fine before the update.

    Currently I am using:
    wordpress version 4.9.8
    PHP Version 7.0.31
    Software Apache
    Awesome Support version 5.7.1
Laborator’s Aurum child theme version 3.1.1

    Hi:

hmmm…it is possible that its using a cached style sheet. Can you please clear any caches from your caching plugins or the caches that your hosting provider. THen, on the submit ticket page please use the CTRL-F5 key combination to refresh the cache for that page.

    Thanks very much.

    Thank you so much.
It turned out that the W3 Total cache plugin enabled minifying css files by default ultimately breaking the stylesheet. After turning it off and clearing all the caches, it reverted back to normal.
Once again, thank you so much!
