Select Options Image Slider not displaying

    Hi There,

    Really like the plugin and is working except for small thing — our free gift has 6 variations for the user to select from. When the user clicks the “Select Options” button, it begins to load the Image Slider but the spinner just keeps on spinning. I did an inspect on it and see the Image Slider has all images are there but they do not finish displaying.

    I added a “free gift” product that has no variations. When it displays it shows the Add to Cart button and it works just fine.

    To replicate: add two weight-loss jewelry items to your cart. There are gifts to choose from, one with variations to select options from. Click on the Select Options button and you just get the spinner.

    Wordpress 4.9.8 | Woocommerce 3.4.4

    hi @oliverspence, could you please check:
    1. All variations have SKU & Price
    2. Try different theme (StoreFront)
    – so we can be sure its a plugin fault
    3. WP_DEBUG would be nice in this situation

    Hi I really love this plugin too but I am having this same problem. When the user clicks the “Select Options” button, the options show up but are disabled and the add to cart button is disabled.
    When I set the “free gift” product to choose one variation by default it works but all the other variations are disabled.
    If I add a “free gift” product with no variations this works fine as well. I can add to cart.

    Please help!

    The versions I’m using are:

    Wordpress version 4.9.8
    Woocommerce version 3.5.2
    Giftable for Woocommerce version 1.0.2

    @hubarr please open a new ticket.
    – add SKU and all other pieces of information for every variation and try like that
    – try StoreFront theme (to be sure its not your theme thats disabling it)
