Hi Tibby,
Thanks for reaching out.
Most likely the EAN codes for simple and variable products are stored in different custom attributes although in the front-end they might appear the same to you as they have the same name they do have a different name in the back-end. You than mapped the EAN field to just the version for variable products thats why the EAN’s won’t show in the product feed.
Could you check and make sure the naming of the fields is exactly the same for simple and variant products?
All the best,
Eva

Hi
We use WP-Lister and so have all the ean codes etc already stored for ebay and amazon.
On checking the field name for variable is variable_ebay_ean and the field name for simple is wpl_ebay_ean with a similar naming convention for amazon ean numbers.
Is there any way to get the plugin to pull from either one or the other depending if it is a simple or variable product please?
These appear perfectly as one field entitled ebay_ean when we export all products from woocommerce hence why we presumed these would be stored in the same place?
On your field mapping there is an option available for “ebay_ean” only? How on earth can we get it all in one place?
Any help very much appreciated, thank you.

Hi,
We just got this sorted – made a new field and copied data across.
Thanks for your help though, appreciated 🙂
When will your elite version be available to purchase please?
Thank you
Hi Tiby,
Great, good to hear you were able to solve the issue at hand.
The Elite version of the plugin has been online for about a month but we decided to take registration down as we were overwhelmed with the amount of registrations and felt we could no longer offer the support Elite (and Pro) users deserve.
For now we will continue working on making both the plugin and documentation better so hopefully we can relaunch the Elite version again soon.
All the best,
Eva
