I can’t tell what that narrow column is – it looks like it might be an extra column added by a plugin, and that plugin is not providing any CSS for it’s column (all columns should have a % defined for their width).

it is 2 columns – Title and Description and it was fine before last upgrade…
So they are NOT added by a plugin? Are they added by your theme?

Plugin “All In One SEO Pack” adds these 2 columns. And your plugin makes a mess with it.
Actually, WPSSO does not manage those two columns at all, and apparently there is no CSS provided by that plugin to define the column width, which is the problem. All other columns have a width defined, so your browser displays those two columns in the space left, which is not much apparently.

None the less I had no any problems with WPSSO 4.9.4. I use the same browser, the same screen’s resolution etc. But installed 4.10.0 and got this. So Definitely there is a connection..
Yes, the plugin is constantly improving. It looks like the last version of WPSSO highlighted an issue with All In One SEO. I would suggest you contact their support and ask that they include a default CSS width for their columns.
