Vamtam Landscaping

The plugin conflicts with the Landscaping theme from Vamtam. Activating the plugin causes entire sections on the homepage to disappear. There are no JS errors in the console when that happens. Deactivating the plugin fixes the issue. All the themes/plugins are updated and the website is hosted on a VPS server with plenty of resources.

It sounds like a bug in your theme – try enabling the WP_DEBUG constant and/or the Query Monitor plugin to get an error message. See here for more info on that: https://wpsso.com/docs/plugins/wpsso/installation/debugging-and-problem-solving/
