Hi @ksengo,
Could you please send me an email at support[at]wpusermanager.com with your site url and a temp admin account so I can have a look at the issue?
Thank you.

UPDATE:
It seems this issue was caused by malfunctioning emails (through Google business emails) The admin email (the email that receives registration requests I guess) temporarily stopped functioning (because I had just moved the site from 1 host to anther) After the admin email started working again, the Registration Page came back.
Could be useful to display a different type of message in this situation. For example, blank out the contact form, and write, “CONTACT FORM NOT CURRENTLY CONNECTED” or something. Just a suggestion.
Thank you for prompt reply,
Cheers
Ksen
Hi,
I am getting the same error message which ksengo got.
How did it resolve?
My client website is about to go live in two days. So can someone help me please to resolve the issue?
Many thanks.
Amila
I am getting this exact error as I am trying to set up this plugin, this is my first try at WordPress so please give a detailed fix, I am not sure if it is the same issue that was just solved I am not in that same situation,
Please help as I am setting up the first site I try many plugins before I settle on one and I like this so far.
Hey @tcartr07,
Apologies for late reply, the WordPress.org forum does not move topics back to the top list when new replies are added to old topics so I’ve missed your reply here.
Regarding the issue, the “fix” it’s always the same. You’re seeing the error because the registration form on your site has not been configured. Within the error message it’s also explained that you can click the link that appears in the message and that will take you straight to the registration form editor.
The minimum required field for the registration form is the email field. Also you can see here in the documentation how to customize the registration form https://docs.wpusermanager.com/article/43-add-fields-to-the-registration-form
Hope this helps.
Thank you and I changed that review it was my fault I am creating first site on WP, now I have a blank reg form despite shortcode installed. The page was pre-created but I also notice clicking the shortcode creator does nothing I am sure it is a problem on my site.
