Timer issue

Hi,
While creating the recipe ,cant update time from minutes to hours .Only minutes is present,also it can take only upto 2 digits ,that is max minutes i can set is 99 ,what need to done to change from minutes to hours ,there is no drop down for that. Is there any way to fix this ? Or is this a bug?
