    Hi –

    Are you able to update to Outlook 2016? I’m wondering if this is too out of date to be compatible.

    If you sign up to the blog for post notifications from different email clients (with test emails) you can then publish a new post to see how the formatting looks.

    Hello

    This is an office computer so I am not able to update it. There are still a lot of people using outlook 2013. I think you should try to be compatible with it

    Hi Paul –

    I understand. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to ensure everything we’re developing can be 100% compatible with old versions of software, browsers, and operating systems.

    Feel free to make a report at https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues

    As mentioned, I don’t think this is something that we will be able to resolve.
