Plugin not working with themify ultra plugin

I have a website built using a theme, the themify Ultra (problem exists with all versions) theme working with woocommerce stops the calendar, and product images, loading so no one can book a service.

If I change the theme it all works, but my site is build around themify ultra and other booking systems work perfectly. Your system seems to have an issue, but I’d really like to use it, can you help resolve the problem?

The problem is no calendar shows, it also doesn’t load product images, when your plugin Version 2.7.8 is enabled and themify ultra is set. Themify are looking into this but they say other booking systems work well. So could you look into this too please?
