• Just started 10 hours ago on live site and test site.
    Emails go through, but after user submits the form there is an error message: “Sender’s message failed to send”

    I changed the error message to see if it was “spam” or “failed to send” and it is caused on the Sender’s message failed to send. (new error message is: “There was an error trying to send your message. FAILURE”)

    This causes people to keep re-submitting the form.

    What would be the cause of this? I re-installed the plug-in, but still am getting this error.

    Please advise.

    If I deactivate Woocommerce, the message sends correctly (except for the redirect).

    There was a Woocommerce update yesterday, so this must be the cause.

    Anyone else having this issue?

    I am having same exact issue except I get the failed to send error AND a successful submit message. I also do not have woocommerce installed.
