Not receiving cofirmation email

    Hello,

    Love your plugin and would love to keep using it, but I have a problem:
    I do not receive the confirmation email on form submission.
    I get the submitted data under HappyForms > All responses, but I don’t get the announcement in my inbox.
    Could you please tell me how to fix it?

    Happy to help you! Would you please check your Spam folder? Are the emails going there? If not, would you please double-check that the email you’ve added to HappyForms matches the email address you’re using?

    I had same problem. I cross checked the email address and spam the mail didn’t came to me
