    Your support ticket system doesn’t work on your own website. How’s it supposed to work on mine? I paid for the Guest Login add-on and it will show the Guest Login all right, but it doesn’t work. Nor does the regular login even though I’ve added user roles for all my subscribers to be able to add_tickets, view_tickets, add_upload, close_ticket, etc.

    Your support form doesn’t work either even when I enter in my license key, it does not allow adding a description of the problem and it won’t submit the form. This isn’t a good sign.

    hmmmm….I just double-checked our site – I could not reproduce the issues you described. Any chance you could make a video showing the issues you’re encountering?
