Email notification errors

After creating milestones and appointing it to a client or admin the email notification we receive doesn’t state the name of the milestone that was selected, instead it reads:

The following item(s) was/were assigned to you:
Milestones
• 95rq4
—
You are receiving this because you are a member of the Eddie Rutishaused project, from CGR Architectural Studio (Pty) ltd.
