Emails not being received

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the great plugin, we are using the free version.

    We’re having an issue with emails though. The person submitting a ticket receives a confirmation email, and we receive the new user registration email from wordpress, but we don’t receive an email notifying us somebody has submitted a ticket.

    Can you advise? Happy to provide more info if needed.

    Hi:

    Email delivery in WordPress can be tricky. There are lots of times where one set would get delivered and another set will not. To figure out what’s going on you should install an email plugin that gives you email logs. Our go-to recommendation is MAILGUN but SENDGRID works. POST SMTP works as well. When email doesn’t get delivered you can check those logs to see if the email was generated and not delivered or if no email was generated at all.
