Emails not being received

Hi there,
Thanks for the great plugin, we are using the free version.
We’re having an issue with emails though. The person submitting a ticket receives a confirmation email, and we receive the new user registration email from wordpress, but we don’t receive an email notifying us somebody has submitted a ticket.
Can you advise? Happy to provide more info if needed.
