    Hi,

    I tried this plugin. The page is keep loading after I click “charge”. It seems like not going thru.

    May I know what is the problem?

    Hey @jessezy. Can you please check the JavaScript console while you’re making a payment? You can find the relevant keyboard shortcut for all the major browsers here.

    Hey @jessezy. It means that you entered your Stripe Secret Key in the Publishable Key field. Try going to WooCommerce > Settings > Manual Payment > Stripe and swapping the two API key fields.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your help. It’s working now. But there are somethings not update after the payment made :

    1. Status still is “Pending payment” after made the payment.
    2. It will not create “Customer” account at Stripe. The customer’s credit card info will not show at “My Account”. If he/she is a repeat customer, need to re-enter the CC info. The Subscriptions order will not charge automatic at the next renewal payment.

    1. Have you configured the relevant settings? There are two options that you need to set for this feature. They are both located under WooCommerce > Settings > Manual Payment.
    2. Sorry, the plugin does not support those features.

    Yes. I manage to find out the error of the Pubished Key.

    Is that possible to have these features?

    You can configure your settings to have order statuses update automatically after payments. However the other features you mentioned are not supported.
