    Hello there,

I’ve got a problem with the tax automation.
The services on my domain are enabled in the woocommerce settings.
And jetpack is coupled, however, the tax is not being calculated for one of my customers.
Although i am not entirely sure, i think that it is due to the fact that my customer didn’t select the destination country. Any suggestions?

    Hey @naturalbars

Entirely possible since tax is calculated against country and state mainly.

Even if the tax value for an order is 0.00, Automated Taxes may be working correctly. If your store is based in the United States, you only need to collect sales tax from customers in locations where you have a “tax nexus,” which typically means a physical presence. WooCommerce Services uses your store address (WooCommerce > Settings > General) as your “tax nexus.”

More details about that here – https://blog.taxjar.com/internet-sales-tax-nexus/

Let me know how you get on!

    Thanks,
