Where to find Number of gifts allowed?
1. Gift categories
2. Click on one category
3. Its just after Enabled checkbox
I have many categories –
above 1000 – one gift allowed for cart value 1000-1999
above 2000 – two gifts allowed for cart value 2000-2999
etc
I have configured about 40 products as giftable.
Now as a customer, I add products worth 2700 to cart. I go to view cart. It shows me all giftable items and asks me to choose gifts. I am entitled to two gifts. I can see all 40 items at this time.
Now I select one gift and the page refreshes. After the page is refreshed, I can see that the selected gift is in cart with 0 value. This is good. Now I will select my second gift.
At this stage the problem is that it does not show me all giftable items. It shows only 28 items.

Did you try to have unique gifts?
Above1000 – gift10, gift11, gift12
Above2000 – gift20, gift21, gift22
Every Gift category should have unique Gifts, if you are having gifts/products in multiple categories then RULES will overlap and remove gifts/products
I think you are not trying to understand this fully, or maybe I am not being able to explain.
First – there is no overlap in the rules. All my rules are amount based and 1000-1999, 2000-2999, 3000-3999 etc – so there is no overlap.
Second – all my gifts are common. It is working fine. I cannot have unique gifts. that defeats the purpose.
Third – It is showing all choices when I view the cart at first. After I choose one gift, it is showing less choices. This is the only problem.
hi @maneeshk, you have overlap in a gifts/products, I’m 90% sure that’s why they are disappearing (its overlap, as you have them in both (RULE1, RULE2) and RULE1 is used so they are hidden)
– It will work if you create unique gifts for every Gift Category

Then all products should disappear because they are all overlapping.
They should not show at all. Why are they showing before and not showing after the first gift is selected?
I just noticed that the common thing is that variations are still shown but simple products disappear.
You can create an account for us to test (but we don’t guarantee anything), we/anyone should not work on LIVE website / so please backup everything.
