I recently had to uninstall and reinstall the plugin. I set the plugin back up and put the shortcode in the same places I had on the page, but now the icons are no longer showing. I do have a caching plugin, I have cleared the cache several times, and disabled the caching plugin and made edits still nothing. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reporting this. What is a sample page where we can see the issue? On your homepage I cannot see any shortcode.

Gotcha thats strange. I am using the Divi Theme and Builder and have placed a shortcode inside a text module at the very bottom of the front page underneath the button labeled “contact us for a free consultation” But nothing is showing up.

If even the shortcode text doesn’t show up, then it must be an issue with the theme or builder. Did you already reach out to them?
