    Hello,

    I installed this plugin, but there is a problem: when I want to send just a test message to my personal email (gmail.com), I got the message: “Your message has been sent successfully.” It should be okay, but actually i did not receive that letter in my gmail.com account. What could be wrong? Maybe some settings in gmail or in wordpress? If it was an error, I would look for it, but now.. just have no idea.

    p.s. i tried to sent letter to different gmail mails, my university mail – still did not work.

    Add: in the “Sent Emails” list I could see that email, but not in gmail mailbox.

    Actually I checked all the catalogues. Could it be a problem with server or something else?

    Please update the plugin to the latest version and check if you are still facing the same issue.

    Updated, now on version 1.4.15. Unfortunatelly, still the same.

    Can you send us environment details? like WordPress version etc? so that we will try to reproduce.

    WP version: 4.9.4, WP Email Users version: 1.4.15. I’m working on my university server (doing a page for learning purposes).

    Its working fine at our end.

    Following could be the possibility :
    1) Check proxy setting for your university server.
    2) Check with some other server other than your university server.
