Other options page is empty

    I am not sure what is happening but a few things are off:

    1. I cannot access the Other Options page, nothing is visible although the underlying code shows the accordion segments in the code
    2. Titles stopped showing below each image. I thought it was caused by a lightbox plugin I was using and I reverted that to an earlier version, but that did not fix it. All the images in the gallery on the indicated page have Alt/Title fields filled and they used to display below each image, not anymore
    3. The same behavior is present on two sites although on my own site, keptlight.com I can get into the Other options page and was able to display the titles by reverting the Easy Fancybox to its previous version

    They are all running the latest version of WP and NGG.

    I found the culprit that prevented me from going into Other Options to make adjustments. It was an add-on to WP eMember called Email Broadcast. There was an incompatibility issue, they sent me a new version and it seemed to fix the problem but it is back. I wonder if the two teams can work out a permanent solution to the problem.

    The lightbox option Fancybox used to work fine with Easy Fancybox, but no more. I have to change that to Custom and add the custom code once more.

    @acekin – We’re not aware of any concerns (or familiar with) WP eMember or its add-on Email Broadcast. You or the respective author(s) are more than welcome to send us a Bug Report to look into this further.

    As to using a third-party Lightbox library, your approach of using the Custom option is going to be the most correct. That you are noting it worked previously most likely points to a happy coincidence versus anything else without further details (we only bundle the NextGEN Gallery Lightbox libraries as a convenience).

    @cais, I reported a similar problem a couple of months ago and it was eventually fixed by a new version of Email Broadcast add-on they sent to me. Now, it that is activated, I cannot enter the Other Options page and see all the expanding accordion settings. I had to disable EB to fix this latest issue, I remembered a similar NGG conflict and sure enough, that was indeed the case. I’ll be glad to start a ticket wherever you indicate but Tips And Tricks HQ is the developer who fixed the initial round of the issue. Here are the other support threads:

    Thankfully the Email Broadcast does not have to remain active all the time.

    Please include as many details as you can about your site and the issue at hand so we can move on this as fast as possible. Perhaps you can attach the latest release of the other plugins (provided their licensing allows for it) as well?
