    Hi!

    I can’t process a new subscription payment, after Stripe introduced their new Stripe Billing.

    I’ve created two new subscription plans, that I want to replace my old with.

    Took the ID from the new plans, replaced it with the old ones in my Direct Stripe shortcode – and from now on I only get errors when trying to complete a payment.

    How to fix this?

    Thank you for using Direct Stripe.

    I’m sorry for the late reply and I don’t know if you could figure out a solution so just in case…
    The ID to be used in the amount parameter of the shortcode when using subscription type is the ID of the Pricing plan associated with a product.
    If left empty during the creation of the pricing plan, the ID looks like plan_Cv8dz6ISgXcANj
