BBPress – Editing Facebook meta description text, how?

Hello.
First of all, your plugin is nice and easy to use compared to some premium plugins that end up so complicated.

The site in question is a forum – http://www.filteredthoughts.com.

My problem is – If I try sharing a thread (your plugin doesn’t do reply sharing – perhaps it’s a bbpress issue), anyway, the resulting view on facebook is name of the thread and site but also a lot of text like stats about the thread and forum. It makes the facebook post unpleasant to look at it.

Kindly explain how to remove or stop the text from showing on facebook – See image below.
