Limited reservation time

Hi!

I’m working on a solution for a small business which has got a subscription plan for a meeting room.
What i want to be able to do is to allow the users (registered as subscribers) the chance to book a certain amount of hours per month without making them pay or notifying the admin (auto-accept them). If the limit’s reached they can still book, but they need to pay/send a notification.
I also have multiple plans (1-2-3 hours/ month) so i need to be able to group the users or to assign them how many free hours they can use every month.

Can i accomplish this with the premium version?
