I used the code [tracking-form] but it gives me a field tracking number and email address before I can track an order. How do i remove the email and only keep the “tracking number”.

2- Also I do not receive Email notification when an order is created. I have done everything in the instruction but it wont show

3- After creating an order and clicking or create or editing an order after clicking the screen goes blank but the order is been created or edited.

How do i resolve these issues?

    Hi niiafo,

That sounds like you have “Order E-mail Confirmation” set to “User Entered” (in the “Basic” area of the “Options” Tab). Set that to “No” if you don’t want people to have to enter their email addresses.

    2. This could be one of a few things. What do you have “Order E-mail Frequency” set to? Set it to “On Change” to make sure emails are sent for all updates, including creation. Make sure the order has an email address associated it to it. Make sure the status you are setting the order to has an email associated with it. If it still doesn’t seem to send, it could be ending up in spam, which is one of the reasons we recommend sending emails via an external SMTP server using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP.

    3. I’m not sure exactly what you mean for this one. When exactly is your screen going blank? Is this only sometimes? How can you edit an order if you can’t create it in the first place?

    3. The screen goes blank when creating an order and clicking create. I noticed you do see anything but the order have been created. Same applies when you are editing an order. After editing, when you click on edit a blank screen comes instead of page to confirm the update.

I have done all that you said but email is not delivered to the specified email address

For the emails, if you made sure the order has an email address associated it to it and the status you are setting the order to has an email associated with it, and you’ve correctly set up WP Mail SMTP, then the order will send. If it’s not, then that means you have something set incorrectly.

Perhaps it’s your settings in WP Mail SMTP. When automatic emails aren’t received, it’s often because they’re being blocked by the spam filters of the recipients. What often happens is emails that are sent out automatically from WordPress are marked as spam/junk and, so, the recipient doesn’t get them in their inbox. Because of this we recommend using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP, which allows you to set it up so that these automatic emails are sent using an external SMTP server. Once you download and configure the plugin, it has a “send test email” option. Once that works, you can try again to see if you now get the email notifications. Make sure all the settings are correct in WP Mail SMTP.

Alternatively, some users of our plugins have told us that simply creating an email address called wordpress@domain.com(replace domain.com with your actual domain name) has rectified the issue.

For your blank screen issue, that really sounds like a conflict with another plugin. If you temporarily deactivate all other plugins, does the same thing still happen?
