    Hi, I try the free plugin and for what I see I like it, but I couldn’t start a chat. WHen I make a request as client, the admin valid it send a message and the user can’t see it.
    Do I need any special requirement ?
    I’d like your help, because I might buy it because its really what I need.

    It should work straight out of the box. There could be a JS error stopping this from working correctly. We will have to test this while you are online. Please contact me on https://wp-livechat.com/contact-us/ (put “For Nick – Debug” as the subject) so I can arrange a time and date to debug this with you. I will post the answer here for the benefit of other users once we find out what the issue is.
