Sure. I take a website. I install your great plugin and activate it. Someone signs up for an account to use ucare. They open a support ticket. They see all Administrators listed as potential support team members. I tested this on a demo site and did what I am describing, and could see all Admin users listed as support providers. So..if you were to go to my demo site and created an account, submitted a support ticket, you should be able to see all Admin names clearly listed as support providers to help you with your support ticket.
Im quite confused because Support Users do not see the admins listed, in any version of the plugin that we have created.
where exactly do you see this ? please add a screenshot.
Support users do not see any of the information you’re describing. The only place the plugin shows a list of names, is when support admin creates a ticket, they’re allowed to “create ticket as”, and in that case, only the name not the username is revealed.
