Hi,
We have had a look and noticed there are JS errors coming from the Jetpack plugin and other ones you have installed.
Please, deactivate Jetpack and WooCommerce plugins one by one to check which one arises a conflict.
We should also ask you to switch to a default WordPress theme. If after all these performed actions the issue still remains, then it is coming from Instagram Feed plugin.
Please, let us know about it.
Thank you!
Ok, thank you for support.
What I find strange is that I´ve used the same plugins for a long time now, and it has worked fine. Just until the last update of the instagram-plugin. It will be way to big projekt to find another theme, and rebuild the whole webpage, just for this plugin to work. So I probobly will have to find another plugin that shows instagram feed.
I´m also not sure if I can deactivate the other plugins without mess up the webpage, as woocommerce, will it bring me a major job to rebuild the shop then?
Thank you!
Hi,
We have had a look once again and noticed that JS errors are most likely coming from the theme you are using.
They are available on the homepage, while on the rest of the pages the plugin works smoothly, since there are no JS errors. Therefore, The issue is not from the Instagram Feed WD.
For now no need to deactivate the JetPack and WooCommerce plugins, just switch to another theme.
Thanks and have a nice day!
