    I had some internal javascript issues within my WordPress theme that were preventing the Live Chat plugin from functioning as expected. Dylan logged in to my WP admin panel, tracked down the problem and fixed it. This is above and beyond the call of duty. This problem had nothing to do with the plugin, but they fixed it anyway. Now, I can get on to customizing and putting the chat plugin to use on my site.
