Disable date and time

    I like being able to offer take away or delivery. But I don’t need to let customers pick date and time. I just want to say “we will email you when your order is ready to pick up” or “your order will be delivered within 90 minutes.” Can I use this plugin to offer pickup/delivery but not let customer pick date and time? Or do I even need this plugin if I don’t want to let them pick date and time? Thanks.
