Description

RT Chat Analytics provides privacy-focused analytics for WordPress websites, including visitor analytics, session analytics, page views, chat-link click tracking, reports, and optional third-party integrations.

Core analytics data is stored locally in the site’s WordPress database. The plugin does not send core analytics data to Rattb servers by default.

Privacy

RT Chat Analytics stores core analytics data in the site’s WordPress database.

The plugin does not send core analytics data to Rattb servers by default.

When an optional third-party integration is enabled and configured, the website may send applicable tracking information directly to that third-party service.

The information transmitted depends on the integration, the tracking events configured by the site administrator, the visitor’s consent settings, and the functionality provided by the third-party service.

The plugin provides privacy-related settings including consent controls, strict mode, IP masking, and a privacy policy link.

Site owners are responsible for configuring these settings according to their applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

External Services

RT Chat Analytics provides optional integrations with third-party analytics, advertising, marketing, behavior-analysis, and tag-management services.

These integrations are not required for the plugin’s core local analytics functionality.

Third-party integrations are disabled unless the site administrator enables and configures the applicable integration.

When an integration is enabled, the plugin may load the corresponding third-party tracking technology or send applicable website tracking information and events to the selected service.

The information transmitted depends on the integration, the events configured by the site administrator, the visitor’s consent settings, and the functionality provided by the selected third-party service.

The plugin does not enable third-party integrations automatically.

The Auto Detect feature is an administrator-initiated scan used to identify supported tracking identifiers already present in the website’s pages. Detected identifiers are used only to populate the corresponding plugin settings fields for review by the administrator. Auto Detect does not enable an integration by itself.

Site owners should review the privacy, consent, and data-processing requirements of each enabled third-party service and configure the plugin accordingly.

Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel is an advertising and conversion measurement service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

When enabled, the plugin may load Meta Pixel and send applicable page views, configured website events, browser/device information, and advertising or conversion measurement information to Meta.

Data may be transmitted when Meta Pixel is loaded and when configured tracking events occur, subject to the site’s consent and privacy settings.

When enabled, the plugin loads the Google Tag Manager container configured by the site administrator from Google’s Google Tag Manager service.

The information transmitted through Google Tag Manager depends on the tags, triggers, variables, and third-party services configured in the container.

Google Tag Manager is not loaded unless the site administrator enables and configures the integration.

The plugin does not control which additional services are configured inside the administrator’s Google Tag Manager container.
