Installation
- Upload the
exatomfolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin via Plugins in WordPress admin.
- Go to Settings > Exatom.
- Enter your Client Code (and optionally your Conversion Code).
- Select your thank you pages for conversion tracking (optional).
- Click Save settings — the tags are now live.

Where do I find my Client Code?

Your client code is included in the tag documentation you received from Exatom. You can also find it in the Exatom admin panel > Setup > Tags.

Which pages should I select as thank you pages?

Select the pages visitors land on after submitting a form — for example a “Thank you” or “Request received” page. The Conversion tag will only be placed on those pages.

Is consent required?

No, Exatom is cookieless and only processes (anonymously) the IP address. However, please check with your legal team if your website requires consent. Read our data journey to learn more about how we process your data.

Does this plugin slow down my website?

No. All Exatom scripts are loaded asynchronously and do not block page rendering.

What happens when I uninstall the plugin?

The plugin removes its saved settings when it is uninstalled.
