AWEOS WP Lock

Description

With AWEOS WP Lock you can block acess for non-registered users. You can also define a specific timespan to lock or unlock your website.

After installation, you can change the settings of the plugin in the ‘AWEOS WP Lock’ Admin menu. The plugin is disabled by default, so everyone can see your website.
If the plugin is enabled, you can only visit your website if you are logged in to the backend as an administrator. Other people (‘guests’) will see a white page with just a short text notice rather than the website contents.

You can choose between 4 plugin states:

  1. Disable permanently
Plugin is disabled forever – show the website for everyone (you can also deactivate the plugin as a whole to archive the same behaviour)
  2. Enable permanently
Plugin is enabled forever – hide the website from ‘guests’
  3. Disable for
You can type a positive integer value in the text field and select a unit from the list (you can choose between minutes, hours, days and weeks).
If you do so, you will see a message below that displays the time when the plugin will enable itself automatically again (so it changes to state 1). Until that time it will be disabled.
  4. Enable for
You can type a positive integer value in the text field and select a unit from the list (you can choose between minutes, hours, days and weeks).
If you do so, you will see a message below that displays the time when the plugin will disable itself automatically again (so it changes to state 2). Until that time it will be enabled.
