[Plugin: Subscribe2] Crashed site

The moment I updatd to the latest version (today) there were “redirect” errors (and just hung up in IE). I had to manually remove it.
It’s installed on Multi-site, network enabled.
Anyone else have this issue? Any recommendations? I’m thinking of rolling it back to the previous version.
