Help please: Need a WP Plugin for a consumer "Complaints Site"

Hello Everyone,

I plan to launch few websites using WP-Multisite version.

All sites will be ‘almost’ same type.

What I mean is that all sites will be “consumer complaint and discussion sites”.

The only thing different from site to site will be the topic of the complain site. The complaint form will have same number of fields but the field descriptions/titles will be changed to better fit the topic of the complaint site.

Each site will have it’s own domain name, even though they will all be sharing WP MultiSite installation.

So I am basically looking for a plugin that:
– can provide me full complaint/discussion site functionality
– let’s me modify the field descriptions of the complaint submission form
– let’s me add/delete the fields
– is compatible with WP-MultiSite

PLEASE help me find this kind of plugin if it exists.

Additional questions:
1. Is it possible to have many sites on same WP MultiSite installation if the form fields are different for each site?
2. How many sites can I have on multisite without causing any major functionality issues?
