    That’s not true. The CyberSyn imports everything the feed contains. So if the feed does contain full articles (usually located in <content> sections), they will be pulled. If there are only short excerpts (usually located in <description> sections), the plugin will import them “as is”.

    The CyberSyn plugin can not extract full articles from shortened feeds. You can do that with professional autobloggin plugis only (e.g. CyberSEO). Alternatively take a look at free online services like WM Utils Full Text Extractor or similar.
