No access in admin panel

Hello,
I was working on my localhost and installed this plugin. Everything is fine until the day when i uploaded my site to a host. All options of plugin are here, but i can’t access in admin panel. When i try i get that i don’t have access.
On localhost i have access..
Any ideas?
